Great for small spaces: the seat is 11” long and 9” wide. The total height is 8”.

It took more than two weeks to create this mini bench. Initially, it needed some minor sanding. Then I painted the entire bench with blue acrylic paint. I chose this color because I knew it would provide a great contrast to the colors of fall. Next, I created the design (I had it in my head for a while). Then I drew the design on the mini bench and painted everything in the scene white. This technique gives dimension to the illustrations, helps the colors adhere better and pop from the dark background. The bench has designs on the top, flat part, on the sides of the bench legs and on the center cross bar. Last, I gave the entire piece two coats of clear acrylic. As this has been one of my favorite projects, I suspect whomever purchases it will rank it among one of their favorite possessions.
